The Security Officer Flex Patrol Coverage in Auburn, WA offers 30-40 hours weekly, with a self-scheduling program and variable shifts to fit your availability.

You will perform patrols, monitor entrances, respond to incidents, and maintain professional conduct while supporting a safe, welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation for Branch Flex assignments.
• Available for last-minute shift scheduling for Branch Flex assignments.
• Able to travel required distances for Branch Flex assignments.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required; licensing may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
