Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Security Guard experience preferred.
• Customer service experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide security to the business, occupants, customers, and vendors; patrol premises and stay visible.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service to customers and staff.
• Identify and report potential security issues; deter losses and enforce policy.
• Write activity and incident reports as needed.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Assist Asset Protection in preventing theft and maintaining shrink control.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Remain compliant with BSIS regulations and licensing.
