GardaWorld Security is hiring a Tactical Flex Security Officer to patrol diverse environments including retail, airports, and detention centers in Memphis, TN. The role demands vigilance, quick decision-making, and a strong observation skills set.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Available for all shifts
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Flex Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Flex schedule: Must Be Able To Work All Shifts, 1st (6am-2pm) 2nd (2pm-10pm) 3rd (10pm-6am)

Qualifications of Tactical Flex Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
