Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Tactical Flex Security Supervisor/Officer to patrol, verify access, and respond to incidents across varied environments in Horn Lake, MS. The role requires adapting quickly to threats, standing and walking the entire shift, and passing a thorough screening process.

A state license is preferred where required. The position offers a set schedule (Full-Time, 2nd Shift: 2pm–10pm, Sat-Wed) with competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Two years security supervisory experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Be able to pass an extensive screening process.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Flex Security Supervisor / Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Valid Driver's License Required (Must be at least 21 years of age)
• Set schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift, 2pm-10pm (Sat - Wed)

Qualifications Of Tactical Flex Security Supervisor / Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
