The role offers 30‑40 hours per week with a flexible, manager‑assigned and self-scheduling approach; shifts vary and may occur on short notice. Pay rate is $19.06 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas on foot or in a vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of company property and ensure authorized removal follows client requirements.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by the post.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
