Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by enforcing site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points; verify credentials; issue visitor and contractor access; maintain access-control records.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; escalate to site contacts or leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and wildcard patrols of access points, facility areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unauthorized activity and security concerns.
• Support food production operations by following visitor, contractor, and delivery access procedures while maintaining a professional, customer-service-focused presence.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, access‑control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access‑control records in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access‑control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity, unsecured doors, and other security‑related concerns.
• Support food production operations by following visitor, contractor, and delivery access procedures while maintaining professional communication and a customer‑service‑focused presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
