Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer Flex to protect people, property, and assets at multiple client sites in Fargo, ND. You will patrol premises, monitor systems, control access, and respond to emergencies to uphold safety and security.

The role requires calm vigilance, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently across various client sites with a flexible schedule. Eligible employees receive competitive benefits and weekly pay, starting at $23.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
