Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Flex Shift Patrol in Flowood, MS. This role involves patrolling designated areas on foot or by vehicle, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents to maintain safety across client sites.

The position requires the ability to work irregular, varying shifts with little notice; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• One year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.
• Be available to work varying shifts including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Reliable transportation for Branch Flex positions.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; deter theft and ensure client requirements are met.
• Prepare reports on incidents and maintain logs.
• Aid visitors, employees, and customers in a courteous manner.
• Make emergency notifications as needed.
