Sunstates Security is hiring Flex Security Officers for all shifts and days in Cincinnati, OH. Starting pay is $18.50/hr, with weekly pay.

Requirements:

• One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and communication.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate clearly.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfort with driving to various sites within a 40-50 mile radius for training and coverage.

Security Officers perform duties as specified by Post Orders and SOPs, acting quickly and efficiently according to directives.

Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer supports operational and financial success by filling shifts due to illness, weather, vacations, etc., ensuring continuous service and protecting staff health and work-life balance.

Scheduling Expectations

Flex officers are trained at various posts based on operational needs. Their schedules vary and they may work at multiple locations temporarily. Shifts can be scheduled in advance or called on short notice, with an expectation to work at least 80% of assigned shifts. Communication with supervisors about availability is required.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
