Pay rate is $18.04 per hour with a fixed shift and the option to earn more through our scheduling platform, supporting a path toward a fuller schedule if desired.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen will be administered where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff following site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as needed to management.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of guest areas and property perimeter.
• Monitor access and assist with check-in procedures for guests and contractors.

Life doesn't always follow a fixed schedule. That's why we created the Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced position: a flexible, dependable option for individuals looking to supplement their income, gain hands-on experience, or work toward a full-time career with the industry leader.

Security Officer - FLEX in Wisconsin Dells, WI, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour

Job Schedule: Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, amenities, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas, assist with visitor and contractor check-in procedures, and support site policies regarding guest privacy and property access.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
