Allied Universal has security jobs and is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may threaten the property, clients, guests, or employees at the site.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all levels of personnel and the public
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be needed before employment
• Driving Positions: valid Driver’s License, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Complete a background check and drug screen as per legal requirements
• Work for multiple clients and locations, covering various shifts
• Availability to work any time and day
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk for long periods
