Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and rule infractions, and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may threaten property, clients, guests, or employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all levels of personnel and the public
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment
• Driving Positions: valid Driver’s License, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, appropriate insurance, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with laws
• Work for multiple clients at various locations, covering shifts as needed
• Be available to work any time and day
• Display excellent customer service and communication skills
• Have intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Be able to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds occasionally, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods
