Job Description

We're hiring Security Guards! The Security Flex Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the facilities. This role acts as a visible deterrent to crime, enforces client rules, and reports suspicious or criminal acts to protect property, clients, guests, and employees.

Must Have

• Open availability
• 2+ years of security experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience (if applicable), and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Flexibility to work multiple locations, shifts, and days, including nights and weekends
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand for long periods

Pay: $15.00/hour, with DailyPay or Weekly Pay options. This is a part-time position based in zip code 77041.
