Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. They act as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions, and detect and report suspicious, unsafe, or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may threaten the property, clients, guests, or employees at the site.

• Pay Rate: $22.00 an hour
• Weekly Pay

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to deal professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Driving Positions: must have a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with laws.
• Available to work at multiple locations, covering shifts, call-offs, vacations, and open shifts.
• Must be flexible to work any time and day.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology.
• Capable of handling crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Physical requirements include working in various environments, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, climbing stairs or ladders, and standing or walking for long periods.
