Responsibilities:

Summary

As a Flex Security Officer, you will often be the first person people interact with at an assigned client site. You will maintain a positive environment and experience for guests. The Flex Officer will gain broad and specialized knowledge of various posts and will be evaluated for leadership and growth potential. Solid performance can lead to supervisory or leadership positions, with career paths for further growth within Brosnan. Our goal is to ensure all customer needs are met and no security posts are left uncovered, requiring a highly qualified and flexible security team.

Responsibilities:

• Observe and report activities and incidents, ensuring safety and security of property and personnel.
• Perform patrols to check for irregularities, inspect protection devices, and fire equipment.
• Enforce site regulations regarding personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Control access to client sites or facilities.
• Patrol assigned sites on foot or vehicle, checking for hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons.
• Protect evidence or scene of incidents.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, bomb threats, flooding, etc.
• Prepare logs and reports; communicate availability for shifts, especially 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications:

• Must meet city/state requirements and certifications to perform guard duties.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable communication and transportation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to write routine logs and reports.

Pay rate: USD $18.00 / Hr. to USD $19.00 / Hr.
