As a **Security Officer - Federal Services** in **San Antonio, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity. This role does not require driving or carrying a weapon.

**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $16.17 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Wed06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Sun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

+ Help to deter unauthorized activities through visible presence and adherence to protocols.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site requirements.

+ Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help maintain a secure environment.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
