Job summary

Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Entry Screening in Omaha, NE. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and greet visitors at an industrial location, ensuring safety and professional conduct.

This full-time role pays $22.00 per hour with day shifts and a focus on teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture. Training and development opportunities accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and issue passes as directed, maintain entry/exit records.
• Control vehicle, pedestrian, and material access per site requirements and report unusual activity.
• Respond to access-control incidents calmly, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, construction areas, and parking to deter unauthorized activity.
