Qualifications

• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Basic computer or tablet use experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Criminal history considered in line with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control procedures for visitors, employees and drivers.
• Verify credentials, maintain logs and direct authorized individuals.
• Control entry/exit, follow screening procedures and report anomalies.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established protocols.
• Patrol access points, parking, docks and perimeter to deter issues.
