Job Description
As a Security Officer - Entry Screening in Gaithersburg, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Your responsibilities include monitoring designated areas, conducting routine patrols, interacting with visitors and staff, and providing excellent customer service. You will utilize technology such as computers or tablets. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Minimum age of 21 for unarmed roles; 18 for unarmed roles where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing as per state/local laws; driver’s license for driving roles.
