Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Criminal histories considered in a manner consistent with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, document visitor activity, and deter unauthorized access within the healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, restricted areas, and perimeter to observe conditions and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Support daily operations by maintaining accurate logs, communicating with site personnel, and following post orders related to access requests, deliveries, and after-hours entry.

• Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
