Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Henrico, VA, to patrol, deter incidents, and provide excellent service at a financial institution location.

This full-time driving role requires a valid driver’s license, and offers a schedule of DayTime shifts with paid hourly wages of $19.50 per hour. Applicants will undergo background checks and drug screening as part of employment.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Henrico, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with access control and directing individuals as needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and patrol documentation for security-related events and observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
