Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Patrol in Sandston, VA. This role offers reliable, fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts using the scheduling platform, and a path toward more hours up to 40 per week.

Pay rate is $19.00 per hour. The position includes a six-month anchor shift commitment and eligibility for benefits after qualifying periods, plus opportunities for career growth and paid training.

Qualifikationen

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control Patrol in Sandston, VA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating information according to site‑specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other designated locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery activity in accordance with site‑specific requirements, documenting observations and incidents accurately.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
