Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a government transportation location by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, offices, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry; document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel and emergency services.
• Prepare clear activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Mon: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM
• Fri: 08:30 AM - 04:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a government transportation location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, offices, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures; document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity as required.
• Respond to incidents, traffic-related concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and public emergency services when directed.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
