Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorizations, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, documenting security-related observations and conditions.
• Assist with maintaining accurate access-control records, incident reports, and shift activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

As a Security Officer Entry Controlin Mont Belvieu, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and report security-related concerns. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
