Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a financial institution, where you will manage entry points, verify visitor access, monitor assigned areas, and provide welcoming, professional communication. You will help deter incidents through a visible presence, document security-related activity, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entryways, parking areas, business spaces, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by directing visitors, supporting employee access needs, and following established procedures for restricted areas and sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
