Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in San Antonio, TX. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to boost earnings while gaining hands-on experience in a leading security company.

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a guard card/license where applicable. You’ll perform unarmed patrols, assist guests, and document incidents with a focus on safety and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of club facilities, entrances, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and guest inquiries, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Reporting in San Antonio, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

$16.48 / Hour

DayTime Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

Minimum Requirements

• Possession of a valid guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
