Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Menlo Park, CA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with additional shift pickups through our scheduling platform to boost earnings.

Competenze

• Two years of security-related experience required.
• Three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Incident Documentation in Menlo Park, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Fri 03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security‑related experience.
• Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience or a college degree.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
