Allied Universal, North America's leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time TWIC Compliance Patrol Driver in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up extra shifts.

Pay rate is $17.06 per hour with a fixed shift and the option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling greater earnings and experience across sites.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and maritime facility personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Regular and random unarmed patrols of port facilities, access points, parking areas, waterfront perimeters, and other assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations to site contacts and public agencies when directed.
• Prepare accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate relevant information to leadership and site personnel.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time TWIC Compliance Patrol Driver in Jacksonville, FL, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.06 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (\"Anchor Shifts\"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA‑issued TWIC.


• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.


• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
