Allied Universal, Bryant, AR is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Route Inspection. This role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with the option to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
• Background check conducted in line with state and federal law.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Route Inspection in Bryant, AR, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.75 / Hour

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, helping to deter theft, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
