Additional Qualifications

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201): Familiarity with access control systems and badge management.
• Alarm Panel Experience (B202): Knowledge of alarm panel operations and protocols.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204): Proficiency in using digital devices for communication and task management.
• CPR Certification (B205): Certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, beneficial for emergency situations.
• Customer Service Experience (B219): Background in customer service to enhance communication and support.
• Loss Prevention (B210): Understanding of loss prevention strategies and practices.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees at the front desk of a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor access points, communications, cameras, and/or alarm systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and follow established site response procedures.
• Answer phones, provide directions and general site information, coordinate with warehouse personnel and delivery contacts, and support a professional front‑desk environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
