Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Technology in Dublin, OH to provide reliable, consistent coverage at a designated site with flexible opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts. Pay rate is $17.50 per hour.

The schedule includes Daytime and weekend shifts, with a fixed anchor shift for six months and Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift options to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the premises and adjacent grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately in required reports.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Technology in Dublin, OH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat11:00 AM - 11:00 PMSun11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage corporate or restaurant‑related location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the business, parking areas, entrances, exterior perimeter, and adjacent grounds to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site‑specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security‑related activities accurately and promptly in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
