Allied Universal in Frackville, PA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol to provide reliable security services at a logistics site. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up more shifts to increase earnings.

You’ll conduct patrols, control access, respond to incidents, and ensure safety while delivering professional customer service. This position supports flexible scheduling and potential growth into full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, office spaces, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with employees, drivers, visitors, and site contacts while supporting orderly operations throughout the location.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol in Frackville, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
