Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time for Wichita Falls, TX. This on-site role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, while maintaining part-time hours and weekly pay.

You will perform patrols, monitor access, and respond calmly to incidents at an aerospace/defense site. Minimum requirements include 18+ for unarmed roles, a high school diploma, and a background check per laws.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as required.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and incident documentation, communicating observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Foot Patrol in Wichita Falls, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $13.56 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat12:00 PM - 12:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as required.
• Prepare accurate activity reports and incident documentation, communicating observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
