Job summary

Allied Universal in Marston, MO is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time CPR Patrol Driver to provide reliable, flexible security at a technology, media, and telecommunications site. This role offers steady hours with the potential to pick up additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and property concerns.
• Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify Allied Universal leadership and/or client contacts according to site protocols.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while providing a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted activity.

A Security Officer Enhanced Part Time CPR Patrol Driver in Marston, MO, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue12:00 PM - 06:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
