Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control in Milwaukee, WI. This position offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and options to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $14.50 per hour with weekly pay and a schedule that includes a Saturday night shift. This role emphasizes customer service, access control, incident response, and site-specific procedures in a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying IDs, credentials, visitor authorization and delivery information.
• Maintain accurate access logs and communicate access-related concerns and incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter; conditions may vary by client site.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Control in Milwaukee, WI, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour

Weekly Pay

Job Schedule:

Saturday 11:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization and delivery information in accordance with site‑specific procedures.


• Maintain accurate access logs and communicate access‑related concerns, unusual activity and incidents to appropriate personnel.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.


• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
