Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while following security procedures and site policies.

• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner per site protocols.
• Monitor loading areas, gates, and restricted locations and report security concerns.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and report safety and security issues.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Audit in Mabelvale, AR, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out security procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and documenting visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity.
• Respond to access‑related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor loading areas, gates, and restricted locations for unauthorized activity and report security‑related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help deter unauthorized entry; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
