Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and report security-related issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, business locations, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and assist with directing visitors, tenants, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with site management, law enforcement, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Driver Patrol in Liberty Township, OH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Fri 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and first aid certification are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
