• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor access points at a manufacturing and industrial location, verify credentials, screen visitors, and maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Deter unauthorized entry by observing access-control systems, reporting irregularities, and escalating concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, and perimeter; environments may vary by location.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Credential Review in Fontana, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

DayTimeSat05:30 AM - 01:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
