As a Security Officer Driver Visitor Processing in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a residential community, you will monitor entry points, verify authorized access, greet residents and visitors, and provide clear communication to support a welcoming environment. You will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, respond to access concerns, and may drive as part of assigned duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access credentials, greet visitors, and maintain visitor, vendor, and delivery records in accordance with community procedures.
• Respond to access-control concerns, resident requests, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Document daily activities, access-control events, incidents, and policy violations accurately and promptly in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
