Qualifications

Valid driver’s license as per policy.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check per federal, state, and local laws.

Driver license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures and site policies.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation.
Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and access activity records and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, building areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized entry.
