Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license as per Allied Universal policy.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, including production areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access or unusual activity to site leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following established emergency procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities and communicate information to site leadership.
