• Respond calmly to incidents following site procedures and notify staff as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, and perimeter per site requirements.

You will manage access control, conduct routine vehicle and facility patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $13.39 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM


• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.


• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as applicable, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.


• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the facility, direct deliveries and contractors to designated areas, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregular activity.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other designated locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
