Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Perimeter Patrol in Miami, TX. This full-time, unarmed patrol position requires patrolling industrial areas, supervising access points, and delivering excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

You will be responsible for maintaining security procedures, reporting incidents, and adhering to driver policy. A valid driver's license, background check, and drug screen are required.

• A valid driver's license per policy and state regulations.
• Background check, drug screen, and licensing requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial work areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately through required reports and communication tools.

As a Security Officer Driver Perimeter Patrol in Miami, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming, orderly environment. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
