Job summary

Allied Universal in Miami, TX is seeking a Security Guard Patrol Driver to maintain security and a visible presence at a manufacturing and industrial site. You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access, and deliver exceptional customer service across shifts.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful background checks. Weekly pay, training, and growth opportunities are available within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry per site procedures, and report unusual activity to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following established site protocols.
• Document observations and patrol activities and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Miami, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Weekly Pay

Job Schedule:

• Mon 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Tue 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM
• Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM
• Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and applicable emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial work areas, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
