Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 05:30 AM - 02:00 PM
• Wed: 05:30 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an automotive manufacturing and operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, production‑adjacent spaces, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe facility activity, verifying authorized entry in accordance with site policies and documenting incidents, observations, and patrol activity.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a professional and orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
