Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Driver Interior Patrol in Memphis, TN. This unarmed role involves patrolling interior/exterior areas at a financial institution, maintaining a visible presence, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour. Schedule includes Day Time shifts, with various 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shifts through the week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by law; drug screening per policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by following site procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document entries and observations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following escalation procedures.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence while protecting confidential information.

As a Security Officer Driver Interior Patrol in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business operations spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document entries, incidents, and observations in required reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established escalation procedures.
• Help maintain a professional, welcoming presence while supporting security-related operations and protecting confidential business information.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
