Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Campus Patrol in Cleveland, OH. You will patrol a financial institution campus, maintain a visible security presence, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.

This full-time driving post requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screen. Schedule includes daytime shifts Thursday through Sunday with evening hours, ensuring safety and quick response to incidents.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site policies; document arrivals and incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly; notify appropriate personnel and responders when required.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols and incidents in accordance with site requirements.

As a Security Officer Driver Campus Patrol in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and document arrivals, departures, and/or incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders when required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
