Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver) in Cleveland, OH. You will perform patrols, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence at a technology, media, and telecom site.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeWed09:30 AM - 05:30 PM Sun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established escalation protocols.
• Support a professional workplace environment by providing directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance, facilities, and/or security-related concerns to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
