Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer with an active DoD Secret Clearance in Manassas, VA. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service while following site-specific policies.

The role requires at least 2 years in security, CPR/First Aid preferred, and ability to use a computer or tablet. Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings and perimeter.
• Monitor visitor, employee, contractor, and delivery access and verify credentials.
• Complete incident reports and logs with professionalism and confidentiality.
