Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer for a full-time role in Hazelwood, MO. The position involves protecting aerospace and defense assets, patrolling facilities, and providing exceptional customer service.

The officer will monitor access points, verify credentials, and respond to incidents in alignment with site protocols. Minimum qualifications include 1 year of security experience, an active DoD Secret Clearance, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality and may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, facilities, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and report access-control concerns or unusual conditions.
• Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site requirements.
